James Emanuel Shapiro is a 20-year veteran of the entertainment industry. He’s been the COO of NEON and Drafthouse Films, worked at Alamo Drafthouse and Fantastic Fest, and most recently was the President of Distribution at XYZ Films. His gravestone will read “Made the only other offer to buy Paranormal Activity.”
